On Friday, February 25, Bernardo Yorba Middle School held its first-ever “Super Bowl.” Under the leadership of campus supervisor, Phillip Streeter, teacher Sherman Shen, and Assistant Principal, Jeff Maes, the vast majority of the student body cheered on two top football teams who made it to the finals after weeks of tournament play.
“Congratulations to all of our students who participated and thank you to the many teachers who cheered alongside our students,” Principal Beth Fisher shared. “BeYorba will hold more lunchtime athletic tournaments throughout the year.”
