The Hawktet is El Dorado High’s string quartet, made up of the top four string musicians in the school’s orchestra. They performed holiday music at Crescendo Senior Living in Placentia on Friday evening, December 22. The group includes students Ryan Mao (1st violin), Tahlia Pompel (2nd violin), Jadon Yang (viola), and Samantha Mar (cello). The residents welcome them each year with open arms and they enjoy conversing with the students about the music and more!
