On Friday, January 30, Morse Elementary School Preschool commemorated the opening of its newly constructed classrooms with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking an important milestone in the continued expansion of early childhood education on campus. The event brought together students, staff, and invited guests to celebrate the enhanced learning environment designed to support the academic and developmental needs of young learners.
The ceremony included welcoming remarks from Preschool Director Marcie Corona, who highlighted the significance of the new classrooms in fostering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool students. Principal Kelly Farrel also shared her enthusiasm for the project, emphasizing the school’s commitment to creating warm, inclusive, and stimulating spaces that support curiosity, growth, and early academic success.
Following the celebration, Morse Preschool students officially transitioned into their new classrooms on Monday, February 2.
