El Dorado High School World Colorguard Achieves Top National and Regional Honors in 2026 Season

From April 9–11, the El Dorado High School World Colorguard concluded its 2026 competitive season with a distinguished performance at the 2026 WGI Color Guard World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. Competing among top programs from across the globe, the team achieved a ninth-place world ranking, reflecting a high level of technical skill, artistry, and competitive excellence.

Following their national performance, the team returned to Southern California to compete in the WGASC Championships, where they earned a Silver Medal with an overall score of 91.8. This accomplishment further underscores the group’s consistency and commitment to excellence throughout the season.

The 2026 season was marked by significant growth, discipline, and collaborative achievement. The contributions of the team’s six graduating seniors were particularly impactful, as their leadership and dedication have left a lasting legacy within the program.
