Congratulations to the Esperanza High School track and field team! The boys track team is Crestview League champions, and the girls track team placed second.
The following student-athletes have qualified for the CIF Southern Section Finals on Saturday May, 21, at Cerritos College:
- Dana Padget: 300 meter hurdles
- Amanda Truong: discus
- Reid Lightford: 110 meter hurdles
- Bronson Osborn: shot put and discus (*Bronson, pictured, is also ranked second the in the United States in both events)
- Clint Meyer: shot put and discus
- Jordon Ammann: shot put and discus
