Before the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, May 10, schools took a moment to celebrate the people who make our district unique – those individuals who define the “Advantage” of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District.
Presented by Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Mrs. Candy Plahy, and acting Director of Child Care, Ms. Carey Cecil, the Community Honoree reception recognized individuals who value service – people who promote respect and honesty by modelling integrity, collaboration, excellence and innovation.
