Each year, Yorba Linda High School hosts a series of Olympic-themed events, which feature friendly competitions between students and staff. The school just wrapped up their second week of activities. So far, events have included an Olympic rally with a dance/lip-sync battle, march of the flags, a chalk art contest (20 minutes to draw a YLHS-themed scene), a water balloon toss and catch contest, and several lunchtime competitions. The spirit of comradery is evident as the student body bonds with teachers throughout the month-long celebration.
