Not only did Rose Drive Elementary School third graders have a blast on their trip to the Yorba Linda Public Library on Friday, Feb. 17, but they learned a lot too. The lesson included requirements for students wishing to both open an account and check out books. Students were rewarded at the end with time to browse, and put into action the tips they learned to locate books of interest. The trip concluded with a walking tour of the historic buildings nearby. Rose Drive cannot think of a better way to nurture a love for reading and books!
