Kraemer Middle School competes in annual cyber competition

Kraemer cyberpatriots.

Kraemer Middle School recently sent five volunteers from their CyberPatriot team to compete in the California Mayor’s Cup 2nd Annual cyber competition. The competition consists of numerous cyber scenarios involving digital forensics, security policies, malware and social engineering,to name a few.

Each scenario has a point value and a “flag’ that they must submit to a scoring server. The team with the highest point totals, and flag count, wins! Teams consist of 6 players and each team has 4 hours to complete this particular challenge.

The Kraemer Cubs finished in the top ten at their competition at Troy High School in Fullerton. Well done, Cubs!
