Congratulations to Valencia High School senior Mason Paine for being named the OC Varsity boys “Scholar-Athlete of the Week.” Paine is a senior defender for the third-ranked Tigers’ soccer team. He is also Valencia’s senior class president, a National Honor Society recipient and a member of the National Scholastic Federation. With a GPA of 4.24, he’s currently enrolled in AP Calculus, AP Literature, Government and Statistics. He hopes to continue his soccer career in college, where he plans on studying business marketing.
