Students in childcare at Van Buren Elementary School have the opportunity to participate in STEM projects every Wednesday. On a recent Wednesday, the Roadrunners experimented with gummy bears by placing them in different ingredients to see what would happen and how the reactions differed. As you can tell by the pictures, students were engaged and eager to learn through this hands-on and lighthearted exercise.
