On Tuesday, May 10, 1st through 3rd graders at Buena Vista Virtual Academy had the opportunity to explore the Crystal Cove Tide Pools. Students learned about different ocean animals, how tide pools are formed, and what they can do to protect the environment for ocean life. Teachers are already planning the next trip to take even more students to the Zoo at Irvine Park, so they can learn more about land animals and their habitats.
