On Saturday, Oct. 1, about 40 students from Esperanza High School had the opportunity to attend the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), “I’m Going to College Day”. Aztecs in ninth through 12th grade traveled to the Rose Bowl to watch the UCLA vs University of Arizona football game, and had the chance to be part of an exciting college experience. The Bruins defeated the Wildcats 45-24.
