This year, Ruby Drive Elementary School’s CASA after-school program is focusing on family involvement. The school’s goal is to host a family night during the 3rd Friday of every month.
For the first 30 minutes, parents are provided with program updates, but for the rest of the time, parents get an opportunity to participate in an activity with their student.
Recently, staff and Ruby Drive students who participate in the CASA after-school program hosted their families to their first CASA Family Night! Families enjoyed a restful evening eating popcorn and watching a movie.
