Four Valencia High School juniors — Elijah Chung, Brandon Kwon, Aditya Mody, and Benjamin Tang — have been selected by the Placentia American Legion Post #277 to represent the city at the 2019 California Boys State Convention this June in Sacramento.
Boys State is a prestigious leadership and patriotism conference attended by high school boys from every community in California and sponsored by the American Legion. Elijah, Brandon, Aditya, and Ben are all members of the Valencia International Baccalaureate (IB) Program and were selected after a competitive application and interview process. Congratulations, Tigers!
