On Friday, Dec. 11, Superintendent Doug Domene joined Executive Director of Maintenance, Facilities and Construction Rick Guaderrama at Valencia High School to review the progress of the Auditorium Interior Modernization project. They toured the facility, and ventured up on the catwalk above the seating area. When completed in March 2016, the new theater will feature a new control booth, light lock, seating arrangement with new red cloth seats, wood wainscoting, window treatments, an acoustic wall treatment, coffered ceiling detailed per original architect plans, pendant lights and several other additions.
