Woodsboro Bee-Botics team earn 2nd place in Robot Design Competition

On April 28, the Woodsboro Bee-Botics team showcased their skills at the Spring Challenge showdown competition, securing an impressive 2nd place in Robot Design among 22 competing teams! For over two months, the Woodsboro Team has been convening at Travis Ranch School, joining forces with both new and returning students to delve into the world of robotics through the FLL Challenge Program. The program was spearheaded by the REACH foundation team under the guidance of Ms. Gisele Nguyen and dedicated REACH volunteers. Steering the team’s journey are Ken Tam and our lead coach, Ms. Madhura Shaligram.

Comprising Avaneesh Nangare, Samihan Shaligram, Aarav Bhalodia, Eason Huang, and Matthew Tam, the Woodsboro Team engaged in three rounds of exhilarating challenges, including timed missions, in-depth robot design interviews, and collaborative coding sessions with fellow competing teams to tackle spontaneous challenges.
