Five of El Dorado High School’s ED LAW Academy students attended a Chapman University School of Law open house event on Saturday, Feb. 20, at the invitation of Director of Admissions and Diversity Initiatives Allison Takeda. Allison is also an EDHS alumna, and one of the ED LAW program’s “Partners and Associates.” Students were able to tour the campus, talk to current students and watch a moot court demonstration. One of them described the event as, “Fantastic, really inspiring and a great experience.” The above picture shows Allison in the middle with two freshmen, Lauren Hibbert and Ellie Burrell.
