Esperanza High School Activities Director, Meghann Lukach, who was recently recognized as Activities Director of the Year in Orange County. Lukach received this prestigious honor during the 2025 OCLA Leadership Conference, hosted by the Orange County Leadership Association.
The four-day conference, held the first week of August at the UC Santa Barbara campus, is dedicated to providing transformative leadership training and fostering strong Associated Student Body (ASB) team building for high schools across the county.
This award highlights Lukach’s outstanding leadership and her commitment to fostering a positive and engaging school culture. Her efforts not only enrich the student experience at Esperanza High School but also reflect the district’s ongoing dedication to empowering student leaders and building vibrant school communities.
