On Thursday, December 11, Esperanza High School students shared holiday cheer with Ruby Drive Elementary School as part of a longstanding eight-year partnership rooted in service, mentorship, and community connection. Through this collaborative effort, high school students ensured that every elementary student received a gift, fostering a sense of inclusion and celebration across the campus.
Beyond the exchange of gifts, Esperanza students dedicated time to engaging with their elementary school peers through interactive games and shared activities. These meaningful interactions strengthened relationships between the two school communities while modeling leadership, empathy, and positive peer engagement.
The event exemplified the impact of sustained cross-school partnerships in promoting community building and student mentorship. Ruby Drive Elementary School extends its appreciation to Esperanza High School for its continued generosity and commitment to creating memorable, student-centered experiences during the holiday season.
