Esperanza High School Dance Program Demonstrates Excellence at Regional Competition

The Esperanza High School Dance Team demonstrated exceptional achievement at a recent competition hosted by El Dorado High School, earning first-place awards in all seven divisions: small lyrical, small jazz, contemporary, hip hop, large jazz, medium lyrical, and pom, and receiving the event’s Best Choreography Award.

Individual honors were earned across grade levels. Freshman Makayla Lauber placed second. In the sophomore division, Kylie Nash placed fifth, Kenzi Holmes fourth, Aryana Zarinafsar third, Delaney Lemmon second, and Jyllian Panyapinitnugoon and Abby Brady tied for first. In the junior division, Shelby MacNeil placed second and Maya Stout first. Among seniors, Kaila Gonzales and Hannah Brady placed second, while Ella DiMaio earned first place.

These results reflect Esperanza High School’s strong performing arts program and the students’ dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence. Way to go, Aztecs!
