On September 11, 2026, Disneyland Resort celebrated the Happiest Day in Anaheim, an initiative dedicated to recognizing and bringing joy to the community the resort has called home for more than 70 years.
As part of the celebration, Disneyland Resort extended its appreciation to elementary school employees throughout Anaheim by providing two complimentary Disneyland Resort tickets to each employee serving at public and private elementary schools across the city. The gesture recognized the important role educators and school employees play in supporting students, families, and the broader Anaheim community.
Within the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD), employees at the district’s three Anaheim schools Glenview Elementary School, Rio Vista Elementary School, and Woodsboro Elementary School, as well as eligible District Office personnel, were among those who received a little extra Disney magic.
The generous recognition reflects the value of strong community partnerships and provided a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the educators and staff members whose daily work contributes to the academic, social, and personal development of Anaheim students.
PYLUSD extends its sincere appreciation to Disneyland Resort for recognizing its employees and for its continued investment in the Anaheim community.
