This past Friday, Esperanza invited all their feeder elementary school students to the home football game to see the Aztecs battle against Foothill. There were students from Linda Vista, Glenknoll, Glenview, Travis Ranch, Fairmont, and Woodsboro in attendance. Students had the opportunity to make a cheer tunnel for the team as they ran out onto the field. They danced and cheered at halftime and even had the chance to participate in some football drills on the turf while the team was in the locker room. The students had a fantastic time, and it was a fun night of football.
Along with the elementary school students in attendance, special guests Bernardo Yorba Middle School and Travis Ranch Middle School bands and choirs were at the game. The choir students sang the national anthem with the Esperanza choir students as the middle school bands played alongside the Esperanza Entertainment unit.
Overall it was an amazing experience for everyone in attendance!
