The fifth annual Little Big Jazz Concert was held on Thursday, May 19, in the Thomas Lasorda, Jr. Field House in Yorba Linda. This special evening is not a competition, but a celebration of talented musicians from both Tuffree Middle School and Yorba Linda Middle School. Both middle schools have strong music programs, and the top ensemble at each school is the Jazz Band.
The event featured performances by:
- Tuffree Jazz Bands (I and II)
- Yorba Linda Middle Jazz Bands (I and II)
- Tuffree alumnus (and current Jazz II instructor) James Teubner
- Guest artist Don Clarke (trumpet)
