Second grade students from Rio Vista Elementary School participated in Operation School Bell, a program offered through the Fullerton Chapter of the Assistance League. Students in need are brought to the Assistance League to “shop” for brand new clothing. They all leave with new backpacks filled with of new school uniforms, jackets and books, wide grins, and a renewed sense of confidence.
