On Friday, April 27, Valencia High School (VHS) hosted their 3rd quarter barbecue to recognize the efforts of students enrolled in the HOPE and GEAR UP programs. The students in these programs have made a commitment to work towards earning their high school diploma and have maintained passing grades. We were able to recognize 120 students who are currently passing all classes and are one step closer to graduation.
