On Thursday, April 19, Valencia High School (VHS) AVID juniors walked to Hope International University (HIU) where they were treated to a campus tour, a math lesson by a professor (which they loved), and a delicious lunch hosted by the university. The program c ontinues to maintain a close partnership with HIU.
Also, on Friday, April 20, the school’s AVID sophomores walked to California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) to tour the campus and learn more about everything that the great, local university has to offer students following high school.
