Students in Mr. Evola’s eighth grade science class at Kraemer Middle School recently learned about potential energy and kinetic energy through a project where, as teams, they built Rube Goldberg-style roller coasters out of paper and tape. The goal was to move a marble through the creation in exactly 14 seconds. The group pictured above was the winning team. The marble moved through their machine in 14.02 seconds! Great job, students!
