Esperanza High School’s staff including teachers, administration, secretaries, custodians, aides, nutrition services, security and more recently enjoyed a staff barbecue to come together and build relationships with one another.
This year, Esperanza’s staff motto is to, “Achieve Excellence.” One way they’re doing that is by building relationships and connections with each other. The school believes that having connections among all staff members will benefit students in the long run and continue to strengthen school culture and the family atmosphere Esperanza prides itself on.
