Students from Glenview Elementary School participated in PAWS behavior expectation stations, and learned about Glenview’s expectations for each key area at school (e.g., hallways, playground, lunch tables/line, restrooms, etc.).
PAWS stands for Practice Safety, Act Responsibly, Work Together and Show Respect.
Glenview also held a Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) assembly to learn more about the many rewards and incentives students will earn by following PAWS expectations, featuring a special guest appearance from their very own Bulldog mascot.
Teachers and staff handed out 4,000 Bulldog Bucks to students in just three days to reinforce the PBIS core values!
Overall, it’s been a great first week at Glenview!
