Before Thanksgiving recess, the Esperanza Aztecs focused on creating connections and getting to know one another on a more meaningful level during “What If” Week on campus.
Every day students asked themselves a new thought-provoking “what if” question to allow for self-reflection and deep thinking about one another. The school also did an activity in 3rd-period each day that related to the questions. The week’s questions were as follows:
What if we show appreciation?
What if we listened?
What if we treated people with kindness?
What if we forgave ourselves?
What if we started caring more than staring?
Way to go, Aztecs!
