Congratulations to Valencia High School dance team on their outstanding success at Miss/Mr. Dance Drill Team (DDT) California regional on Saturday, Jan. 23.
Hannah Miller was awarded Miss Teen California, Jonah Almanzar earned the Mr. DDT title, Sami Gulewich was first runner-up Miss DDT and Julia Sakakibara was fourth runner-up Miss DDT.
Additionally, dance team choreographer Monica Pena received the Best Choreography award for Sami Gulewich’s solo.
All dancers now advance to the national competition to be held in March. Go Tigers!
