The week of September 18-22, Esperanza High School students and staff celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month. Each day the students were involved in a different activity. Students made papel picado which decorated the campus, played Loteria, ate pan dulce, learned the line dance, Caballo Dorado, hit a pinata, and listened to a mariachi band. It was a very fun and exciting week to celebrate all the different traditions, games, and dances!
