Students from the AVID program at El Dorado High School, Yorba Linda High School, and Esperanza High School embarked on an enlightening journey to the Yorba Linda Water Department. These field trips provided a unique opportunity for students to gain insight into the practical applications of their classroom learning and explore potential career paths in the water industry.
The Yorba Linda Water Department, known for its dedication to community education and outreach, warmly welcomed the AVID students. Led by Joanna Gonzalez, the Public Affairs Officer, who herself was once an AVID student, the tours were intentionally planned and executed.
