Sally Scarberry is a 2024 Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) Classified Employee of the Year! Sally serves as a clerk in the Records Department at the district office in Placentia. This video recaps the day PYLUSD executive leadership members and her colleagues surprised her with the news.
“Sally Scarberry is a legend in PYLUSD. Her commitment to this district spans over 40 years, serving in a variety of capacities as both an employee and parent,” shared Director of Student Services Gina Aguilar. “Currently, Sally runs our Records Department and has been doing so for the past 16 years. She is known for her customer service, always leaving those with whom she interacts with a smile on their face. She brings energy, dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to the important work she does every single day. The entire Student Services Department is so excited to see Sally recognized for the amazing work she does and the important role she plays in PYLUSD.”
