It’s not often you have students eager to attend school on a Saturday, but that’s exactly what happened on Saturday, Feb. 27, at Rose Drive Elementary School. Given the opportunity to make up lost absences, students were invited to participate in an extra day of learning in a fun and hands-on manner. Students created their very own math art, learned some fancy yoga moves and made their very own “Flubber.” Everyone had a great time – so much so that the question heard from most Roadrunners’ as they left was, “When is the next one?” Rose Drive’s next Saturday School session will be announced shortly!
