As a reward for having the greatest participation in Golden Elementary School’s Jog-A-Thon fundraiser, Principal Roann Turk allowed Mrs. Dey’s and Mrs. Dudnick’s third grade class to paint her hair in a rainbow of color on Friday, Feb. 27. The class had lots of fun giving Mrs. Turk a new ‘do, and it turned out lovely! The amazingly successful Jog-A-Thon allowed PTA to support student learning in many ways at Golden, from wonderful field trips to extra computers in our labs. Thank you PTA, and thank you Mrs. Turk!
