Congratulations to Peggy Mendez, a sixth grade teacher at Wagner Elementary School, who will be receiving the 2016 Music and Arts Award for Elementary Theatre. Peggy is being recognized for her outstanding contribution to arts education in Orange County. She has been invited to the 2016 Orange County Music and Arts Educators Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 4, in the Samueli Theater at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
