The Yorba Linda High School baseball team had the opportunity to partner with the Placentia Pony Champion’s League this past Sunday, April 17. The Champion’s League is intended to create a safe and fun baseball experience for children with special needs, ages four and up.
The Mustangs spent the morning playing baseball with players with special needs. Each YLHS student-athlete was partnered up with a Champion’s League player from two teams, and they worked together playing the game.
It was a fun and emotional day for all!
