Students in Mr. Shaun Evola’s science class at Kraemer Middle School worked with a team of scientists to get their own DNA. The kids also learned about good and bad fat from a senior kitchen worker, Vicki Self, and talked about healthy choices when selecting food. Then they made delicious guacamole. Finally, the Kraemer library was packed with over 75 kids – and you could have heard a pin drop. The students were 100 percent engaged in reading or school work. Kraemer Middle School is an incredible place!
