Chinese teachers, administrators visit Melrose Elementary

Melrose Elementary School hosted a delegation of teachers and administrators from Shenzhen, China, on Friday, Feb. 24. These educators toured Melrose classrooms, and were delighted by students’ questions and interest in Chinese education practices. An interesting tidbit – in China, students do not raise their hands to answer questions, they wait to be called on by the teacher!
