Inspired by Rose Drive Elementary School’s anthology story for the week, students took a deep look at the artwork of author/illustrator Chris Van Allsburg. In his book, The Chronicles of Harris Burdick, the mysterious illustrations are being used as a springboard to create a narrative of mystery. The students are paired to generate a story being written and shared through a Google Classroom assignment.
