Throughout the school year, Melrose Elementary School has enjoyed working closely with Pure Game, a soccer program that visits campus once a week during recess to work on soccer skills with students. Beyond soccer skills, the program also works to infuse character traits such as grit, teamwork, self control, and sportsmanship with the Marlins.

“Thank you, Pure Game, for bringing Mrs. Fawcett to Melrose to share her knowledge of the game and how important good character is in life!” Principal Nicole Hernandez shared.
