Melrose Elementary School Preppy K students are ROARING! The Marlins are learning about dinosaurs through the implementation of guided language acquisition instruction strategies, hands-on activities, and pretending they are paleontologists. The students do this while working on their senses by tasting dinosaur food, learning to control feelings like a T-Rex, and practicing letters and numbers by making dinosaur tracks in play dough and kinetic sand! Needless to say, Melrose students are “digging” Preppy K!
