Congratulations to Wagner Elementary School teacher Joan Brewer who was recently selected as a “Family Favorite” teacher by the online magazine Parenting OC! The website asked students and parents in Orange County to share tales of their favorite teachers. Over 200 essays were sent in, honoring the educators who go above and beyond.
