In preparation for a Fall Harvest Day, Glenview Elementary School students planted onions, green beans, radishes, lettuce and more, and will have the opportunity to tend and care for the Glenview Garden in the weeks to come. Students will also take part in class lessons connected to garden curriculum and other topics, such as the first Thanksgiving, composting and using recipes, thanks to the All About Food organization. For more information, visit www.allaboutfoodca.org, or Glenview’s website at www.glenviewbulldogs.org.
