ABC Teacher Pathway connects Glenview students with Esperanza teachers in training

Esperanza High students at Glenview Elementary.
Glenview Elementary School was very excited to recently begin their new partnership with Esperanza High School (EHS) for the ABC Teacher Pathway Program.  EHS seniors who participate in the course titled, “Principles of Teaching and Learning,” visited the Glenview Bulldogs in order to meet the teacher and students they will be working with this school year.

The EHS “teachers in training” will work with small groups of Glenview students and assist teachers in the classroom three days per week during 1st and 2nd period.  EHS students will also study teaching practices and professionalism in the classroom as a part of the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program (NOCROP) and the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) Career Pathway links.
