Sierra Vista Elementary School recently celebrated one of its students who is now fluent-English proficient (FEP). This individual worked hard, participating in Sierra Vista’s English language development (ELD) program, and has made strong progress. When students meet FEP status at Sierra Vista, the school makes a big deal, and shares this huge accomplishment with the class. Congrats!
